Welcome to MISLERP, a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform developed and operated by MISL Holdings (Pvt) Ltd.
By accessing or using MISLERP, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform.
1. About MISLERP
MISLERP provides cloud-based business management software designed to help organizations manage finance, inventory, purchasing, sales, manufacturing, human resources, customer relationships, reporting, and related business operations.
2. User Accounts
To access MISLERP, users may authenticate using an email address, password, or supported Single Sign-On (SSO) methods including Google Sign-In.
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Keeping account information accurate and up to date.
- All activities performed under their account.
- Immediately notifying administrators of any unauthorized access.
3. Google Sign-In
MISLERP supports Google Sign-In to simplify secure authentication.
When signing in with Google, MISLERP may receive:
- Name
- Email Address
- Google Account Identifier
- Profile Picture (if available)
This information is used solely for user authentication, account identification, and secure access to the MISLERP platform.
MISLERP does not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Google Photos, or other Google services unless explicitly authorized by the customer.
4. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Use MISLERP for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Distribute malware or malicious software.
- Interfere with platform security or performance.
- Upload harmful or illegal content.
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
5. Data Ownership
Customers retain ownership of all business data entered into MISLERP.
MISL Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. does not claim ownership of customer business information.
6. Privacy
Your use of MISLERP is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected.
7. Security
MISLERP employs commercially reasonable security measures including encrypted HTTPS communication, secure authentication, role-based permissions, audit logging, and backup procedures.
8. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, MISLERP may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.
9. Intellectual Property
MISLERP software, branding, logos, documentation, and related materials are the intellectual property of MISL Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. unless otherwise stated.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MISL Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use MISLERP.
11. Suspension or Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated if users violate these Terms of Service, misuse the platform, or engage in activities that threaten system security or other users.
12. Changes to These Terms
MISL Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
